Sorry you were not happy with your arrangement. Unfortunatly it is sometimes difficult to make a floral arrangement "like the picture" we used all the flowers that were in the recipe. Perhaps next time it would be better to requets a designers choice.

We are sorry you didnt receive your order. Our driver delivered your order to Lasata Heights at 10:55 am on December,22nd. I'm not sure what happened to your order after that. Our policy on undelivered orders is....we need to be notified within 24 hours so that we can trace or replace the missing order. We were notified 15 days later of non delivery. This time exceeds our policy and Rachel's Roses did not receive any communication regarding this issue up until now. We are sorry.

Your arrangement in beautiful. Your roses however, are a bit "old". Received on Sunday. On Tuesday the petals started turning brown on the edges of the petals.

We are glad you thought the arrangement was beautiful. I can promise you the roses in your arrangement were not "old". The roses probably had a bit of frost bite due the the extreme temperatures of -2 and a daytime high of 2 with - 20 plus windchill. Its unfortunate we cannot control the temp and we do all that is possible to deliver a quality product.

Decided to give "Rachel's Roses" a try after having a terrible experience with a large online floral delivery service, and I am glad I did! Called to place an order at 11:30am for a bouquet and chocolates to be delivered same day, and my girlfriend received them within three hours AND everything was correct and looked great! Your flowers have always been beautiful. I was not very happy with your delivery person though. I said to him "It must be wonderful to have people greet him with smiles when he delivers them flowers" and his response was "Yeah, but I still have to work!". That added an element of disappointment to the delivery.

The cut flowers for Mother's Day were just gorgeous. They were delivered the day before the holiday with the delivery person greeting me with "Happy Mother's Day." I am watering them every day and they are still beautiful. I really like the colors, red roses with other pink and white flowers and lovely greens.

Didn't care for the call I got to tell me they didn't have the flowers in stock to make the arrangement that I ordered online.
Offered substitute flowers which had no meaning, I dont know what they look like.
website said same day delivery if ordered within 2 hr, asked about the delivery charge if I waited until tomorrrow, she snickered "you still have to pay" .. doesn't speak excellent customer service.
the "substitute flower arrangement" and it was beautiful.. but I paid the same price.

The fruit itself -- especially 2 out of the 3 pears -- were a bit the worse for wear, with several gashes in each and black spots that developed early. I love the choice of flowers and fillers. The flowers seem to be fresh and are holding up well. The arrangement of choice is very short and when cutting and trimming the flower ends they are getting very short.
