While Rachel's Roses carries quality flowers there are times when you may not be happy with your purchase and we have guidelines for that very reason.
If you placed an order and it appears it wasnt delivered you have 24 hours to notify us.
If you are dissatisfied you may return or exchange your arrangement within 3 days of delivery or pick up. We will issue a gift card or replace your arrangemnt.
Beacuse of the fragility of flowers there are no guarantees if the temperature or wind chills are 20 degrees or less.
